谨此分享一场意义深远的文化交流活动：拉脱维亚驻华大使Kārlis Eihenbaums阁下、欧洲艺术与科学协会（EASA）Olivia Chai女士，以及EASA欧洲艺术与科学协会副会长、WhyWhyArt创始人和艺术家Zane Mellupe共同参观上海中华艺术宫，并与馆长兼书记王一川女士进行了友好会谈。作为中国乃至亚洲规模最大、年参观量位居全国前三的艺术殿堂，中华艺术宫充分展现了艺术在促进跨文化对话与启迪思想交流方面的独特价值。
这座坐落于"东方之冠"的宏伟建筑，最初为2010年上海世博会中国馆，于2012年成功转型为国家级艺术美术馆。馆方每年呈现约50场精彩展览，多元的策展视野涵盖传统与当代艺术作品，持续推动不同艺术领域与媒介形态的学术交流和视觉对话。从古典绘画到数字装置，美术馆的创新实践充分体现了其对艺术卓越性与国际文化交往的坚定承诺。
上海美术馆（中华艺术宫）领衔2025年第三季度热门美术馆百强榜，中国美术馆、浦东美术馆等顶尖机构跻身前十。
访问期间，我们欣赏了多场启发性展览，并深入探讨了艺术在深化国际文化交流中的重要意义。美术馆跨学科的创新平台，为探索中欧文化机构之间的合作提供了宝贵契机，也彰显了各方对促进文明互鉴与共创共赢的共同追求。

We are pleased to share a profoundly meaningful cultural exchange event: His Excellency Kārlis Eihenbaums, Ambassador of Latvia to China; Ms. Olivia Chai from the European Art and Science Association (EASA); and Zane Mellupe, artist，Founder of WhyWhyArt and Vice President of EASA —visited the China Art Museum in Shanghai and had in depth talk with Director Wang Yichuan. As the largest art museum in China and Asia, ranking among the top three most-visited nationally, the China Art Museum fully demonstrates the unique value of art in promoting cross-cultural dialogue and inspiring intellectual exchange.
This magnificent structure, housed within the "Crown of the East," was originally the China Pavilion for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and was transformed into a national-level art museum in 2012. The museum presents approximately 50 exceptional exhibitions annually, with diverse curatorial perspectives spanning traditional and contemporary artworks, continuously advancing academic exchange and visual dialogue across different artistic fields and media forms. From classical paintings to digital installations, the museum's innovative practices fully reflect its steadfast commitment to artistic diversity and international cultural engagement.
During our visit, we appreciated several inspiring exhibitions and engaged in in-depth discussions about the significant role of art in deepening international cultural exchange. The museum's interdisciplinary innovation platform provided valuable opportunities to explore cooperation between Chinese and European cultural institutions, demonstrating all parties' shared commitment to promoting mutual learning among civilizations.
